Contract Manager HVAC

Région: BE-Hainaut, BE-Liège

Mission

You are responsible for the management of Maintenance Contracts and for developing additional works, mainly in the sector of HVAC and electricity

Main activities

Ensures Technical follow-up of his contracts
Identifies and offers additional works.
Ensures good long-term commercial and technical relationship with his customers
Develops alternative technical solutions if necessary, e.g. energy mgt
Builds, motivates and coaches his team of service engineers and technicians (10 to 15)
Is responsible for the financial mgt of his contracts and additional works
Provides regular reporting to customers and hierarchy


Profile

Master or Bachelor degree (Engineering, HVAC - ELEC)
Minimum 5 to 10 years relevant experience.
Bilingual French/Dutch (both written and spoken) – Knowledge of English
Excellent organisational and service skills
Pro-active and team player
